Sales Executive- (Universities Division)

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent

Location: Remote (Work From Home)

Experience: 1.5 to 2 Years

Role Overview

We are seeking motivated Sales Executives to join our EduPassport team. The role involves engaging with universities, verifying and updating critical academic data, and promoting EduPassport as the go-to platform for international student recruitment. Executives will play a key role in expanding EduKonn’s university database, strengthening global partnerships, and driving growth in the international higher education sector.

Key Responsibilities

Data Verification & Research

 

1.Verify and update university information including:

  • Academic programs and foundation year programs
  • Tuition fees
  • Admission/acceptance criteria
  • Residency vs. non-residency requirements
  • Average placement records of graduates
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of the EduPassport university database.

2. University Engagement & Promotion

  • Reach out to universities via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
  • Promote EduPassport as a platform with access to thousands of international student profiles.
  • Explain the value EduPassport provides in connecting universities with quality student leads.

3. Lead Generation & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with university representatives.
  • Identify new universities to onboard into the EduPassport network.
  • Continuously update CRM/database with latest leads and conversations.

4. Market Expansion

  • Focus primarily on institutions in India, South East Asia, MENA, and North Africa.
  • Explore opportunities to expand EduPassport reach into other strategic regions.

5. Reporting & Collaboration

  • Provide weekly reports on verified data, new leads, and outreach activity.
  • Work closely with the EduPassport management team to align on goals and growth strategy.

Qualifications & Skills

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in sales, tele-calling, or business development (preferably in the education sector).
  3. Strong research and data verification skills.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  6. Comfortable with CRM tools, database management, and MS Office/Google Suite.
  7. Knowledge of international higher education systems is a strong plus.
